Project for the Flight to TNNA

I have started my project for the flight to TNNA. Our travel time from California to Ohio is 7 hours and 35 minutes. That doesn't count the time waiting in the airport. I have picked some of the Opal handpainted sock yarn (Antonia Hand Dyes #3172) to make a simple triangle shawl and I will knit a ruffled edge.  It's garter stitch so it will go fast and can still people-watch at the airport.  I will report back when I am home next week.
